Baer Marine is an independent marine consulting and surveying company that was founded by Captain Simon Baer in 2020, after identifying a need for suitably qualified, efficient and cost effective marine surveyors in the African region. Baer Marine’s surveyor network extends throughout the African continent and to some European countries. Our surveyors comprise of marine professionals with sea-going experience. Baer Marine offers professional surveying and consulting services to vessel owners, brokers and other surveying companies. Our inspection report templates are regularly reviewed for the ever-changing maritime regulations and requirements and our vessel rating provides our customers with a visual representation of their vessel’s condition on a professionally designed report.
